We’re Adham and Ben, the co-founders of Thoughtful Silicon. We bring AI and data engineering together to build systems that fit the way your business works.
Adham’s engineering experience includes Meta and Barclays, production AI systems, model evaluation, and agent training data.
Ben brings data engineering experience at Giant Ventures and Hipgnosis Song Management, alongside experience building production AI agents for private equity and venture capital firms.
We start by understanding the work. Previously, we spent six weeks embedded in a sales team—joining their standups and working alongside them to understand the day-to-day process before automating it. That approach shapes how we build: learn how the work really happens, then build what helps.
